Shipping methods

You can pick up your purchases in 2 ways. Either pick it up at your door or at our store in Sepolia. If you choose collection from our store, then you do not incur any shipping costs regardless of the cost of your order.


Sending Order by courier

Our company cooperates with ELTA courier, which brings the order to your door. Shipping costs depend on the weight and volume of the package.

For orders with a total weight (actual or volumetric) up to 2 kg, shipping costs €4. For each extra kilo +1 €.

For shipments with ELTA courier, you have the possibility to pay by cash on delivery with an additional cost of €3. Delivery times are up to 2 working days in mainland Greece, 3 working days in island Greece. For hard-to-reach areas, the time can be increased by 1-2 working days.

Sending a prepaid order with another courier company is possible after communication.

Sending Order by mail

The order is sent by mail through the parcel service.

The cost is:

• 3.5 € for 1 kg

• 4 € for 2 kg

• 6 € for 3 kg

• +1€ for each extra kilo

There is also the option of cash on delivery at an additional cost of €3.

Sending the Order with a transport company

Large volume orders are shipped via Courier and delivered to the curb if you are within an urban center. The delivery time is determined after consultation with the cooperating transport company.

For the execution of the specific orders, payment is required either by bank deposit or by using a credit or debit card as well as through iris. Delivery times and shipping costs depend on the shipping company.


Pickup from BOX NOW lockers

For pre-paid orders you can choose collection from BOX NOW counters. They are located outdoors throughout Greece (1,200+ points) with easy access 24 hours a day and allow you to receive your order on the day and time you wish.

The steps you should follow:

Select BOX NOW as the delivery method at check out (the option will appear if your order includes products that can be placed in boxes based on volume).

Select the BOX NOW Locker that serves you on the map.

As soon as your order is delivered to the Locker you have chosen, you receive a message on your mobile with the PIN number that you will need to enter in the locker to open your locker.

The order remains available for collection for 48 hours from the moment you receive the update on your mobile.

The cost of the service depends on the size and weight of the package.

• For small packages, measuring up to 8 x 45 x 60 cm and weighing up to 2 kg, the cost is €2.

• For medium packages, measuring up to 17 x 45 x 60 cm and weighing up to 5 kg, the cost is €4.

• For large packages, measuring up to 36 x 45 x 60 cm and weighing up to 20 kg, the cost is €8.


Pickup from the store

If you wish, you can pick up from our shops at Lambovo 3 and Lambovo 4 in Sepolia.

To have your order sent there, simply select in-store pickup at checkout if you're ordering online, or ask us if you're ordering by phone.

Orders are available for same or next business day pickup from the store. In our stores you can also see up close almost all the products that are available for immediate purchase or auction.

 Store hours: Mon-Fri: 09:00-17:00.

 Payment for your purchases in stores can be made in cash or by using a debit and credit card.

Order Processing Times

You will be informed about the progress of the order by email.

Eshop orders are processed the same or next business day. If we encounter any problem that may cause a delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you for the best and most immediate service.

For live auction bids, the result update time is approximately 1-7 business days after the end of the auction due to heavy workload. It is recommended that you call our offices in the first few days after the end of the auction for more immediate service.

In online auctions, you are informed at the end of the auction about the results and orders are processed 1-2 business days after the end of the auction.


Right of Withdrawal due to Remorse - Return of Products

The buyer reserves the right to return the products purchased from our online store, without penalty and without being obliged to tell us the reason why he wishes the return. The return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.

In this case, the buyer is fully charged with the shipping amount for the return of the products and only that.

Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, ie without being unsealed or their packaging has been tampered with, along with the retail receipt or invoice.

Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

In case you choose to return your products, you can contact us so that we send you the special form you will have to fill in for the return.

The refund is made exclusively by crediting the bank account that you will notify us through the form and is made within 14 days from the date we receive the products.

Due to the nature of our products (used - second hand), we always inform you in detail about their condition. However, if in the rare case that by mistake (eg hit during transport) you receive the product in a different condition from the one described, then please inform us immediately, so that its return can be made without your own costs and a refund of your money.
